Ola Electric received numerous complaints about its Electric Scooter recently. However, the company has continued to generate huge volumes using its e-scooter product.

The most popular electric scooter in India is Ola S1 Pro. After a while, the Bengaluru-based startup stopped accepting new bookings.

As of now, the Ola S1 Pro is available from the manufacturer. S1 has been temporarily withdrawn from the market.

Ola Electric offered free Gerua Ola Pro electric scooters to customers who can travel 200km on one charge.

Bhavish Aggarwal, CEO of the company, announced this via Twitter. The company launched Gerua scooter as a special edition vehicle on Holi.

It was also stated that customers on Move OS 1.0.16 could also cross the 200km mark, which is quite impressive. This is because Eco mode was introduced in Move OS 2.

The Move OS 2 beta is currently available and Ola Electric has begun rolling it out to some users. This update is expected to make the software more user-friendly and add many new features.

The Move OS 2 will come with new features like Hill Hold Control, Cruise Control, navigation on Eco Mode, and many other features.

Bhavish Aggarwal has already gifted an S1 Pro to an owner of Ola S1 who was able to cross 200km on one charge.

Karthik is his name. To reach the 200km riding distance, he used Eco mode. The scooter was also used on the highways and in cities.

Ola Electric announced that it has opened a new window to purchase its Ola S1 Pro electric scooter. After two months, the new window was opened.
